I wanted to make a blog about this animation film i made. It's more like a short movie, but a movie alas. The type of animation is called stop motion, which basically consists of taking inanimate objects and animating them by positioning- take a picture- change position- take a picture- etc... this process took about 9 hours and in the end there were over 500 pictures to put together and edit.

The whole process, including pre-production (creating storyboard, characters, and set, which were all my original concepts) and post-production (editing, cleaning, etc), took a bit over 12 hours, and it was kind of strenuous, but I was so into it that the hours just flew by and it definitely totally worth it in the end. I am happy with the outcome and I want to thank for the help of two classmates (I can't remember their names anymore) that helped me by taking the pictures after i would position the characters, helping in the making of the human boy and some of the background. Music Credits go to Patrick Watson - Luscious Life.
